The public transportation service is provided by the bus-based Regional Transit System (RTS), which runs throughout the city and throughout UF's campus. The buses run regularly, once every 15 minutes, and sometimes once every 1 hour. The regular one-trip fare for adults is $1 and $0.50 for senior citizens and students.
